Lindenwood Inn guest information and policies:
- A Full Complimentary Breakfast served daily in the common room, is included with your stay. Guests staying in the Penthouse Suite may arrange for breakfast in bed.
- Reservation policy – Deposits must be received within 7 days for one night or half of the total due, whichever is greater. Balance for all reservations is due upon arrival. Accepted forms of payment are credit cards, cash, or personal checks.
- We are a seasonal inn open May 1st through October 30th. Low Season is May 1st-June 14th and High Season is June 15th – October 30th.
- The inn is an adult only environment and only accepts guests 16 and over.
- If there are more than 2 guests in your party please contact us directly, so we can explain the options we have for additional sleeping arrangements.
- All rates are subject to 9% Maine Sales Tax.
- Cancellation policy – We understand that unexpected events may change travel plans, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, as a small seasonal business, last-minute cancellations impact our ability to rebook rooms. For these reasons, we suggest considering travel insurance.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to book your stay.
For stays of 1 to 5 nights: The deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival.
For stays of 6 nights or more: The deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
Cancellations outside of these windows will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.
- Check out at 11 am. Check-in from 3 – 8 pm. Please call if you intend to arrive later.
- Housekeeping – Fresh towels will be provided each day during your stay unless you prefer not to have this service. Sheets will be changed every third day during your stay.
- We have a No Smoking Policy, conforming to all state regulations.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Lindenwood Inn is a historical property built in 1904 and thus does not have accessible features.
- Free parking onsite is included with your stay.
