This two-room suite opens to a grand fireplace, large living room, and kitchenette. A lush sectional with queen sleeper sofa creates extra living space to relax in your home away from home.
The full kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker provides the option to prepare snacks and meals from the comfort of your suite.
A separate bedroom with king bed is situated just off the main living area. A private bathroom with modern rain shower finishes off the interior space.
TV, AC, and Wi-Fi are also included.
This first-floor suite is accessible from the grand porch that overlooks the quiet street. Comfortable outdoor seating makes for the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventures.

Lindenwood Inn guest information and policies:
- A Full Complimentary Breakfast served daily in the common room, is included with your stay. Guests staying in the Penthouse Suite may arrange for breakfast in bed.
- Reservation policy – Deposits must be received within 7 days for one night or half of the total due, whichever is greater. Balance for all reservations is due upon arrival. Accepted forms of payment are credit cards, cash, or personal checks.
- We are a seasonal inn open May 1st through October 30th. Low Season is May 1st-June 14th and High Season is June 15th – October 30th.
- The inn is an adult only environment and only accepts guests 16 and over.
- If there are more than 2 guests in your party please contact us directly, so we can explain the options we have for additional sleeping arrangements.
- All rates are subject to 9% Maine Sales Tax.
- Cancellation policy – Any cancellations received within 15 days of arrival, no-shows, or early departures are subject to a fee equal to the amount of the deposit required at the time of booking. Any cancellation from the time of booking up to 15 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund of the deposit minus a $75 administrative fee.
- Check out at 11 am. Check-in from 3 – 8 pm. Please call if you intend to arrive later.
- Housekeeping – Fresh towels will be provided each day during your stay unless you prefer not to have this service. Sheets will be changed every third day during your stay.
- We have a No Smoking Policy, conforming to all state regulations.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Lindenwood Inn is a historical property built in 1904 and thus does not have accessible features.
- Free parking onsite is included with your stay.
